1. Acceptance of these Terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the HawaltLik mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Service"), operated by [INSERT COMPANY/OPERATOR NAME] ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

2. Description of the Service

HawaltLik is a tool that helps businesses capture, record, organize, and verify bank transfer payment receipts. The Service allows you to photograph or upload receipts, extracts information from them, performs automated checks intended to help identify suspicious or invalid receipts, and stores transaction records, reports, and analytics for your business.

The Service is a record-keeping and assistance tool. It is not a bank, a payment processor, or a financial institution, and it does not move, hold, or transfer money.

3. Eligibility and Accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
• You must provide accurate information when registering, including a valid phone number and business details, and keep that information up to date.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account, your device, and any biometric or PIN credentials used to access the Service.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Verification is Assistance, Not a Guarantee

The Service performs automated checks on receipts – including, where applicable, matching the receiving account, detecting duplicate references, and other signals – to help you identify potentially invalid, reused, or fraudulent receipts.

These checks are aids to your own judgment and do not constitute a guarantee. A result of "verified", "flagged", or "rejected" is an automated assessment based on the information available in the receipt image and your registered data. It does not guarantee that a payment is genuine, that funds have actually been received, or that a transaction is lawful. You remain solely responsible for your own decisions, including whether to accept any payment or release any goods or services. Where possible, confirm receipt of funds through your own bank records before relying on a receipt.

5. Your Responsibilities

• Use the Service only for lawful business purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws.
• Provide accurate receiving account information; the accuracy of certain checks depends on it.
• Do not upload content you have no right to upload, or that infringes the rights of others.
• Do not attempt to misuse the Service, including submitting falsified, altered, or fraudulent receipts, or using the Service to facilitate any unlawful activity.
• Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other users' data, or our systems, or to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the Service.

6. Subscriptions, Plans, and Payments

• The Service offers a free tier and paid plans with different features and limits, as described in the app.
• The free tier may include usage limits (for example, a monthly cap on the number of receipts) and shorter retention of receipt images.
• Paid plans are billed as described at the point of purchase. Payments may be collected through mobile-money or other locally available methods.
• Prices, features, and limits may change; we will make reasonable efforts to notify you of material changes in advance.
• Unless required by applicable law, fees already paid are non-refundable.

7. Data and Content

You retain ownership of the receipts and business data you submit ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display Your Content solely to operate and provide the Service to you. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, name, and logo, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your business in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from the Service except as permitted by law.

9. Service Availability

We aim to keep the Service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Service may be unavailable during maintenance, updates, network outages, or for reasons beyond our control. Some features depend on connectivity and may be limited or delayed when your device is offline.

10. Suspension and Termination

• You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.
• We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, misuse the Service, or where required by law.
• Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (such as limitations of liability and dispute resolution) will continue to apply.

11. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service, or any verification result, is accurate, complete, or reliable.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Service – including any financial loss resulting from accepting a payment or relying on a verification result. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your misuse of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will indicate the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, provide reasonable notice within the app. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Governing Law and Disputes
